Frequent travel required including air and car travel, Occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles, Moderate to noisy work environment, Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, Ability to exert 10-25 pounds of force frequently, Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly, Use hands and fingers to handle or feel, Occasionally stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, Occasionally climb or balance, Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Travel daily throughout the assigned area

Three years of outside sales experience, Demonstrated skills in the areas of sales and business development, Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions, Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures, Persuasive communication skills (oral and written), Ability to be an effective team member and handle project assignments responsibly, Excellent customer service skills, Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Provide leadership of Pro business

Drive sales growth and profitability

Build account relationships

Monitor key performance indicators

Meet or exceed financial performance

Review customer satisfaction results

Prospect continuously for new clients

Develop pricing and business development strategies

Focus sales efforts on leads

Develop campaigns to maximize sales efforts

Participate in trade associations

Follow-up on referrals and leads

Make sales presentations

Process approved services

Meet regularly with new clients

Develop and submit proposals

Respond to RFQs and RFPs

Enhance and maintain business development skills

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with company sales, operations and marketing department; Collaborate with Chief Executive Merchant and Regional Pro Services Manager; Plan prospect visits with appropriate operations personnel

Communication Scope

Persuasive communication skills (oral and written); Deliver executive-level presentations
