Eligibility Requirements

Bilingual, Travel daily throughout the assigned area, Frequent travel required including air and car travel, Occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles, Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects., The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel., The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Must Have

Three years of outside sales experience, Demonstrated skills in the areas of sales and business development, Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions, Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures, Persuasive communication skills (oral and written), Ability to be an effective team member, handle project assignments responsibly, excellent customer service skills, results oriented, Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Prospect continuously for new clients

Maintain current list of all prospects

Develop pricing and business development strategies

Focus sales efforts on developed and internet leads

Develop campaigns to maximize sales efforts

Participate in trade associations

Participate in trade shows

Assist in other promotional efforts

Identify market opportunities

Identify prospective companies

Identify associated buyers

Follow-up on referrals

Follow-up on self-generated leads

Identify buyer influences

Identify timing issues

Monitor prospects’ contract calendars

Prepare reports on status of leads

Prepare other reports as required

Make sales presentations

Process approved services

Meet regularly with new clients

Assess level of satisfaction with services

Develop a list of referrals

Develop and submit proposals

Submit responses to RFQs

Submit responses to RFPs

Obtain pricing approval

Obtain specifications approval

Enhance business development skills

Maintain business development skills

Participate in training programs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with company sales, operations and marketing department; Plan prospect visits with appropriate operations personnel

Communication Scope

Persuasive communication skills (oral and written); deliver “executive-level” presentations
