Train and develop Product Sales Specialists

Ensure positive customer shopping experience

Provide exceptional customer service

Provide product information

Act and work consistent with company values

Comply with safe lifting practices

Drive and teach company philosophy

Provide direction to product sales specialists

Ensure attentive customer service

Complete product specialist certification

Understand merchandise and installation

Ensure department merchandising

Ensure department pricing

Ensure department organization

Communicate SOP direction

Complete forklift proficiency testing

Communicate inventory needs

Process merchandise to showroom

Validate product placement

Validate product pricing

Assist customers with product questions

Assist customers with selections

Process customers at check-out

Process customer refunds

Process customer exchanges

Present 'how-to' classes

Follow cash acceptance procedures

Follow check acceptance procedures

Follow charge card acceptance procedures

Stock merchandise displays

Tag merchandise displays

Create merchandise signs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Provide direction to all product sales specialists; Communicate standard operating procedure direction and changes to all associates
