Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service/sales experience, Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Train and develop Product Sales Specialists
Ensure positive customer shopping experience
Provide exceptional customer service
Drive and teach company philosophy
Provide direction to product sales specialists
Complete product specialist certification courses
Understand and comply with safe lifting practices
Ensure department merchandising
Communicate SOP direction and changes
Complete forklift proficiency testing
Communicate inventory needs
Direct merchandise processing
Validate product placement and pricing
Assist customers with product questions
Process customers at check-out
Process customer refunds and exchanges
Present 'how-to' classes
Follow cash handling procedures
Stock and tag merchandise displays
Create price tags and signs
