PRN / On-Call position, Commitment to at least two (2) weekend shifts per month, Intermittent weekday availability as needed, Flexibility to work Day, PM, and NOC shifts, Availability to work some holidays, Availability to attend a Wednesday New Employee Orientation

Must Have
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
Nice to Have
Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility, Experience with the post-acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex, Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
What You'll Do.
Provide nursing care to geriatric and behavioral health patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Attend new employee orientation classes.
Work PRN shifts as needed
including PMs and overnight shifts.
Commit to at least two weekend shifts per month.
Be available for some holidays.
