Participate in ICU coverage rotation at night, Include weekends and holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Medical Degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution, Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, Board certified or eligible in Critical Care Medicine, Credentialed in Pulmonary and critical care medicine by the applicable hospital(s), Eligible for an unrestricted Washington State medical license, DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority, Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Provide direct care to critically ill patients

Manage mechanical ventilation

Manage multi-organ failure

Perform critical care procedures

Manage advanced life support modalities

Participate in ICU coverage rotation

Provide excellent patient experience

Communicate treatment plans

Communicate medications

Demonstrate professionalism

Communicate in high-acuity environments

Support quality improvement efforts
