Participate in ICU coverage rotation at night to include weekends and holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Medical Degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution, Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, Board certified or eligible in Critical Care Medicine, Credentialed in Pulmonary and critical care medicine by the applicable hospital(s), Eligible for an unrestricted Washington State medical license, DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority, Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

What You'll Do.

Provide direct care to critically ill patients

Manage mechanical ventilation

and multi-organ failure

Perform critical care procedures

Manage ventilators and advanced life support modalities

Participate in ICU coverage rotation at night

and promptly in the EHR

Provide excellent patient experience

Support quality improvement efforts

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and subspecialists; Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication in high-acuity, team-based environments
