What You’ll Be Doing: Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards Effective communicator in verbal and written English Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
