4+ years of experience delivering Identity and Access Management initiatives, Focus on Privileged Access Management, Experience working with leading PAM platforms, Understanding of PAM concepts and controls, Experience designing PAM architectures and access models for onprem, cloud, and hybrid environments, Hands-on experience with privileged account onboarding, policy design, and segregation of duties, Ability to align PAM solutions with risk management, audit, and compliance requirements, Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications, Familiarity with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, REST APIs), Communication skills, Interest in broader IAM domains and emerging access security technologies
