What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar relationship management role, Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, Knowledge of investment products, insurance, foreign exchange, and other financial instruments, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, Ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clients, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Vietnam, Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken), High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity

Nice to Have

Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e. g. , CFA, CFP) is a plus

What You'll Do.

Managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients

Providing comprehensive financial solutions and personalized service

Develop and maintain strong

long-term relationships with Privilege Banking clients

Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis

Propose and implement tailored wealth management strategies

Regularly review client portfolios and provide timely updates

Identify opportunities to acquire new high-net-worth clients

Ensure compliance with all internal policies

and external regulatory requirements

Monitor and manage client profitability and ensure targets are met or exceeded

Provide exceptional customer service
