What You'll Do.
Provide operational support to Private Investments team
Service and deliver on client needs
Support Advisors to enroll Qualified Investors
Manage client subscription agreements
Ensure subscription paperwork is completed
Adhere to compliance requirements for funds
Coordinate with internal operations departments
Process and track client requests
Maintain data integrity across systems
Update systems as necessary
Research client issues
Verify outside assets
Establish new accounts
Guide and train peers on new tasks

Job Summary: The primary focus of a Private Market Specialist is to provide excellent follow-through and operational support to the Private Investments team in servicing and delivering on the needs of the clients of Private Investments. As a Private Market Specialist, you will have a direct impact on the Clients and Advisors and are vital to the success of the organization.
