Join us. **Position Overview** Private Equity is the largest sub-segment of the Private Markets industry. Private equity investments are increasingly housed in a variety of legal entity structures that go beyond the traditional GP/LP structure, including fund-of-funds, GP stakes funds, secondaries funds, and semi-liquid vehicles. Moreso than any other Private Markets sub-asset class, private equity funds also tend to have their fund accounting and recordkeeping self-administered within the Investment Manager’s operation. This addressable market for private equity fund servicing is expected to expand both via growth in private equity vehicles, as well as via increased outsourcing in the market. This Managing Director role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Private Equity in State Street’s institutional services division. The position will also collaborate closely with operating teams providing fund administration, custody, transfer agency, trustee services, and analytics to PE managers. Additionally, the position will collaborate with State Street’s global markets FX trading teams, Global Credit Finance teams, and other State Street divisions to develop client value chain strategies across asset servicing.
