Must Have
Bachelor's degree (at least in the 4th semester) or Master's degree with a commercial, technical, or scientific background, First practical experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Auditing, Experience with balance sheets, income statements, and company valuations, Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Entrepreneurial mindset and independent working style, Affinity for medium-sized companies and high performance commitment, Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
What You'll Do.
Independent analysis of potential target markets and industries
Financial analysis and modeling of target companies
Active support of the investment team in conducting transactions and operational activities in portfolio management
Creation of investor and entrepreneur presentations
Co-shaping the strategic development of portfolio companies
