Some 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations, from the world's largest companies to small and mid-market firms, rely on SS&C for expertise, scale, and technology. **_Job Description_** **We are hiring Private Equity Fund Accounting Professionals!** **Job Description** • Responsible for making sure that all activities (booking of daily journal entries, management fee calculation, accrued expenses reimbursement calculations, valuation of investments, financial/investor report preparation and adhoc reporting) of ongoing service delivery worked smoothly and result in high quality service for the client. • Ensure that proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls are maintained to safeguard the assets of the Company and to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP. • Interact with client service teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of relevant financial information to clients. Coordinate internal audits and follow up with responsible parties. • Prepare MIS reports for onshore and offshore management teams • Ensure smooth transition of new clients and process • Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wires • Assist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the system • Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack. • Process capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall file. • Prepare and issue Partners’ capital statement (PCAP). • Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRS.
