What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products., Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking., Interpersonal interaction skills and an ability to build rapport in matter of minutes is vital., Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence, as this role will require significant influence of partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals., Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)., Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key, FINRA License S6 Upon Hire, FINRA License S63 Upon Hire, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) Upon Hire, Life and Health Insurance Licenses Upon Hire
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful.
