With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MRSH). **A day in the life.** As our Client Advisor**** on the Client Advisory team, you’ll be diving into client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to recommend the best products and services tailored to their needs. You'll present clients with accurate market data from reliable sources, helping them navigate complex risks with confidence. Providing proactive, day-to-day client service is key—anticipating clients needs and addressing questions or issues in person, over the phone, or via email. You'll gather important information about their risk management needs and financial loss tolerance, then evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to effectively manage their risks. Additionally, you'll create and present renewal proposals to existing clients and conduct engaging annual Client Advisory reviews. Your success will be measured by client retention through exceptional service and new business development via referrals and expanded client programs.
