Must Have
FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher), FAIS Representative certification is mandatory, Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services, at least 5–7 years in a relationship management or private banking role, Proven ability to analyse clients’ financial needs, identify opportunities, deliver tailored financial solutions, Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, portfolio management within a high-net-worth segment, Experience in structuring credit applications, facilitating complex lending, investment, offshore product offerings, Proficient understanding of banking processes, financial acumen, consumer banking products
