What You'll Do.
Acquire new accounts from group companies
Acquire new accounts from referrals
Ensure consistent growth of Savings portfolio
Build momentum with third party distribution
Ensure Risk Profiling for each customer
Implement customer contact programs
Monitor average revenue per customer
Ensure top class service delivery
Monitor high net worth accounts
Reactivate accounts with depleted balances
Resolve service hurdles
Ensure awareness and adherence with compliance norms
Provide feedback on customer needs
Promote Alternate Channels
Increase customer contact ability
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the Head RM; Provide regular feedback to the Product team; Provide regular feedback to the Service Quality team
