What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a client relationship role (personal and/or business) where you provided advice & solutions to clients, An understanding of credit and financial planning fundamentals, Proven track record of sales success, business development, and effective relationship management in a team environment, Ability to work independently to problem solve, resolve complex/ambiguous issues and sensitive situations, Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) designation or must be obtained within 3 months, Financial Planning designation (PFP) or must be obtained within 18 months, Mutual Fund Dealer – Dealing Representative License
Nice to Have
Experience in Commercial Financial Services, Professional designations such as CFA, CPA, MBA, LL. B. , FEA

Introduce the Private Banking Associate and Private Banking Advisor teams as key advisors on managing day-to-day banking needs and Credit Structures team as credit experts for credit advice and support the teams by respecting and reinforcing role clarity to deliver on client needs

You will be an accredited professional delivering the Black Card Experience to very high net worth Canadians, focused on Private Banking’s core value proposition of wealth planning, credit, cash management, and day-to-day banking. You will be responsible for bringing new clients to RBC by building a strong network in your local market while growing and deepening existing client relationships through discovery and advice.
