Must Have
Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or related operations roles, Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
CASS experience is a plus, Proficiency with core banking systems and operations platforms (e. g. , Avaloq) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support operational initiatives
and regulatory change projects
Provide operational support to Relationship Managers
Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements
Continuously review operational workflows for efficiency improvements
Monitor and oversee the end-to-end processing of trades
and other client instructions
Oversee daily reconciliations of cash
Ensure robust control frameworks are in place
Act as escalation point for payment delays and errors
Oversee preparation and delivery of regular operational reports
mentor and develop Operations staff (offshore)
monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews

Team & Collaboration
work closely with Relationship Managers, the India offshore centre, and external vendors; broad stakeholder exposure; interact with senior stakeholders
