Prior Authorization Strategy & Analytics Analyst About Natera Natera is a leader in precision medicine and advanced diagnostics focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative testing and data-driven healthcare solutions. This role sits within the Billing Strategy organization, which supports operational excellence and reimbursement optimization across the company’s growing product portfolio. Position Summary We are seeking a Prior Authorization Strategy & Analytics Analyst to support operational analytics and reporting initiatives across Natera’s Prior Authorization function.This role combines technical analytics capabilities with operational partnership. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to develop dashboards, build KPI reporting, conduct ad hoc analyses, and support operational decision-making.This is a highly collaborative role suited for candidates who enjoy solving operational problems through analytics and data enablement. What You’ll Do Partner with Prior Authorization leadership to develop operational reporting and KPI frameworks Build dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools Write and optimize SQL queries to support operational analytics initiatives Create and maintain views and datasets within Snowflake Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and operational improvement initiatives Identify trends, workflow gaps, and performance opportunities through data analysis Translate operational needs into scalable reporting solutions Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives Ensure data accuracy and usability across reporting workflows Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in: Healthcare Analytics Operational Analytics Revenue Cycle Analytics Business Intelligence Prior Authorization Analytics Advanced SQL proficiency Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Strong analytic
