What They're Looking For.
Must Have
GED/HS Diploma, 1+ year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel, and Outlook, Aptitude for new programs, Experience with Windows based database programs, Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions, Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization, Composure, Decision Quality, Organizational Agility, Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Peer Relations, Time Management, Dealing with Ambiguity, Learning on the Fly, Political Savvy, Sit and talk or hear, Use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Current Pharmacy Technician License, Pharmacy Technician Trainee License, National Pharmacy Certification
What You'll Do.
Data entry of incoming MRFs
Dispense MRF to appropriate PA Coordinator
Fax verification and research
Work cases out of the PA Unable to Mail queue
Initiate PA letter print in Medreponse
Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings
Mentor and train PA Clerks and PACs
Accountable for QA of others’ work
Make recommendations for RTL
coaching and training
Handle complex research issues
Assist with managing the workload
Provide task instructions
Monitor priorities for the PA Clerk Team
Act as a subject matter expert
