We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point. Where and how you can work Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this project we're focusing on Philippines-based contractors working on the US Pacific timezone so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing. This is a 4-month project, requiring approximately 30–40 hours per week, remunerated on a pay-per-output basis. What you'd be working on As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be delivering across this project, though scope may evolve. At the moment, this project is focused on: * Producing and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets * Drafting communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, gather updates, and follow up on open items * Reviewing reports and printer communications to surface anomalies — volume spikes, missed SLAs, unresponsive partners — and flagging to the relevant PSP manager * Analysing incoming support contacts to identify trends and recurring patterns * Keeping shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation up to date in Google Sheets and Canva Docs * Managing competing priorities across multiple PSP managers and delivering outputs You're probably a match if * You thrive on operational detail and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without things slipping * You're a confident written communicator who can produce clear, professional external communications — even when workin
