Prior experience in the printing industry (Estimating, CSR, or Production), proficiency in mathematics and technical calculations, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Familiarity with print software (e. g. , Avanti, EFI, Pace) and Microsoft Office, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, Residency in or easy commute to Stratford, ON

Estimate cost of materials
and wide-format projects
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone
Actively follow up on outstanding quotes to convert inquiries into production orders
Consult with production staff to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods for specialized jobs
Review job tickets for accuracy before releasing them to the production department
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paper stocks
and finishing options
