What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline, 15+ years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure, Proven background in the design and management of water and wastewater treatment, distribution, collection, and conveyance systems, Demonstrated success in developing new markets, securing key municipal clients, and achieving financial growth targets, Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients in a forward-thinking manner to drive growth and sustained performance through effective leadership, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH, record of mentoring, team development, and leading cross-discipline project teams, Desire to manage and mentor all levels of staff

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Divisional and Regional Leadership to align local efforts with Apex’s broader infrastructure strategy; Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and QA/QC oversight to project teams; Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers, project managers, and technical staff to grow Apex’s local presence; Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture; Participate in Apex’s Principal Leadership group, contributing to strategic planning, market development, and talent initiatives
