SUMMARY: Responsible for managing all aspects of outsourced fulfillment operations including identifying vendor partners, contract negotiation, onboarding and ongoing business relationships with Third-Party Logistics/Fulfillment (3PL’s) providers. The role acts as the primary point of contact for managing the strategic partnership between Nintendo and our external fulfillment providers. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned 3PL partners. Manages relationships with all potential 3PL providers (direct to consumer and retail order fulfillment). Manages the implementation/integration with 3PL’s via EDI/API to their WMS/ERP/TMS. Establish and verify all 3PL partners meet KPI’s for each business segment. Manages the review and auditing of billing invoices (fulfillment and freight) as they pertain to 3PL activities.
