**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD98341 **Position Overview** We’re seeking a Principal UX Designer to join our Field Delivery team to own key workflows across mobile, web, and emerging agentic interfaces used in the construction field. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on defining the long-term vision, experience architecture, and design quality for our most critical field workflows. You will shape how construction teams capture, understand, and act on projects in dynamic, real-world environments. As a principal-level designer, you will operate with high autonomy, partnering closely with product, engineering, and research leadership to align on strategy, define durable experience frameworks, and elevate the craft and systems thinking of the broader team. Curiosity and excitement about exploring new interaction models, including agentic experiences, are essential, as are design details and willingness to be "in the weeds". **Responsibilities** * Define and drive the long-term experience vision for the workflows across mobile, web, and agentic surfaces * Own the end-to-end experience strategy ensuring usability, scalability, data clarity, and workflow efficiency in complex field environments * Lead design work from discovery through implementation, setting a high bar for craft, clarity, and execution quality * Influence product roadmap and prioritization by identifying opportunity areas, workflow gaps, and systemic user challenges within progress tracking * Partner closely with product managers, engineering leads, and researchers to align on direction, drive informed tradeoffs, and ensure feasibility without compromising experience quality * Guide and elevate design quality through critique, mentorship, and establishing best practices for workflow-driven and field-based experiences * Create compelling artifacts including journey maps, system models, prototypes, and vision concepts to align stakeholders and drive clarity in decision-making * Re
