Must Have
5 + years of experience in product design, deep portfolio focused on complex B2C transactional flows, Mastery of information architecture and user flow, Good skills in motion design, sophisticated understanding of how to leverage and contribute to large-scale design systems, Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions to senior leadership and influence product strategy through persuasive storytelling, A "Lead by Doing" Mentality

What You'll Do.
Lead the end-to-end design of complex booking journeys

Push the boundaries of our product experience by integrating high-fidelity motion design and contributing to the evolution of our mature design system
mentor and grow junior designers by demonstrating what great quality (of design craft) looks like in practice

Partner with Product and Data teams to translate behavioral metrics and A testing results into design improvements that move the needle on key business outcomes
Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining an intuitive

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Principal Product Designer** to own the evolution of our core travel flows, specifically for flights and hotels. As a high-level individual contributor, you won't just be "designing screens", you will be focusing on the UX architecture, systems logic, user flows, and sophisticated motion that turn a complex booking process into an easy and elegant journey.
