Our work focuses on bringing AI into real customer workflows, helping teams understand project context, reducing errors, making better decisions, and moving work forward with greater clarity. We are looking for designers who are excited to work in a fast-evolving AI product space where capabilities, customer expectations, and experience patterns are still being defined. We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer, Construction AI, to help shape the future of AI-powered experiences within Autodesk Construction. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on defining longer-term experience direction while staying hands-on in the design of real product experiences across Construction products and services. Reporting to the Director of Experience Design, you will partner closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and AI teams across Autodesk Construction and the broader Autodesk organization. You will translate emerging AI capabilities, complex workflows, and evolving customer needs into clear, useful, and scalable product experiences. This role requires a designer who can work through ambiguity, connect patterns across fast-moving initiatives, influence product direction, and bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
