Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline, 12–15 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning, Proven track record in leading complex and large-scale transportation projects, expertise in traffic modeling tools such as Aimsun, VISSIM, Synchro, or similar, In-depth understanding of traffic regulations, safety standards, and regional frameworks, Experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), smart mobility, and sustainable transport initiatives
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
