This position involves working in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter. **What You Will Do:** * Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL). * Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program. * Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones. * Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment. * Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews. * Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required. * Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes. *
