## Accountabilities This role is responsible for leading technical engagement with microelectronics customers, driving the development and application of advanced filtration solutions. You will serve as a key technical advisor in a triad with sales and marketing, ensuring customer challenges are translated into actionable engineering solutions. Lead and manage technical testing plans and customer-focused projects to support business and performance goals Develop, recommend, and optimize filtration processes for semiconductor applications such as wet cleans, photolithography, CMP, etch, and gas systems Independently resolve complex technical customer issues and apply insights to future solution development Prepare and deliver clear technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Collect, analyze, and communicate voice-of-customer (VoC) insights to guide product and technology roadmaps Collaborate closely with global R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to support solution development and deployment Present technical findings, lead review meetings, and support customer evaluations and seminars Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced semiconductor industry professional with strong technical depth in microelectronics processes and materials, combined with customer-facing expertise. This role requires both scientific rigor and strong communication skills. Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science 5–10+ years of experience in the semiconductor or microelectronics industry (process engineering, materials, or manufacturing environments) Strong knowledge of semiconductor process modules such as photolithography or wet etch/clean processes Understanding of defect characterization and materials analysis on wafer-level processes Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams preferred Strong ability to interpret complex technical data and translate it into
