Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the development and execution of global physical security programs covering access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and related security technologies. Define strategic roadmaps and translate business and security objectives into measurable program outcomes and actionable plans. Drive end-to-end delivery of security initiatives, coordinating activities across design, procurement, deployment, operations, and maintenance functions. Establish and promote standardized physical security architectures and best practices across multiple sites and regions. Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while ensuring alignment with organizational risk management objectives. Support compliance efforts, audits, incident reviews, and corrective action programs related to physical security controls. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate program progress, risks, priorities, and recommendations. Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and integrators, overseeing selection processes, performance, and cost optimization initiatives. Requirements 10+ years of experience in technical program management, security engineering, infrastructure delivery, or related disciplines. Demonstrated success leading complex physical security programs within data centers, critical infrastructure environments, or comparable industries. Strong knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, biometric solutions, and perimeter defense. Proven expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination. Experience working within global organizations and managing initiatives involving multiple teams and business units. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with industry compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, S
