What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years in technical program management, 3+ years at principal / staff level, Track record delivering large, complex programs in engineering-led organizations, Experience owning or co-owning quarterly and annual engineering roadmap planning, Command of Agile, SAFe, or equivalent delivery frameworks, Proven ability to align engineering and product roadmaps across competing priorities, Experience influencing VP+ stakeholders without direct authority, Fluency with delivery metrics: DORA, SPACE, cycle time, deployment frequency, Deep experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian-native workflows, AI fluency appropriate to their role and level, including responsible use of AI tools, sound judgment, and adherence to company AI governance and security policy standards

Contribute to the broader TPM community by developing reusable patterns
and frameworks that raise the floor for program delivery across the org

You'll operate at the intersection of execution rigor and strategic influence — partnering with senior leaders to align roadmaps, drive delivery at scale, and build the operating models that allow high-performing teams to do their best work.
