**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD97789 We are looking for a seasoned **Principal T****echnical Program Manager** to lead pivotal technical initiatives driving end-to-end execution within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) Organization, with a strong focus on enabling and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) capabilities. This role requires a strategic operator with deep program management expertise and a proven track record delivering **GTM-driven initiatives** —including product launches, growth programs, customer acquisition, monetization, and lifecycle engagement. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and GTM stakeholders to drive seamless execution from concept to market impact. You will be accountable for delivering complex technical programs end-to-end—owning planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring outcomes directly support **business growth, customer experience, and revenue objectives**. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence and align teams across both GTM and technology organizations.
