Key job responsibilities * Partner with Project Sponsors and development teams to deliver complex cross-functional projects * Create and execute detailed roadmaps, defining user stories and researching technical solutions * Provide clear communication to management and stakeholders on project status and plans * Guide software development teams on architecture, design, and priorities * Build relationships across Amazon to leverage existing technologies and promote team initiatives * Manage risk assessment, escalations, and trade-offs between business needs and constraints * Maintain effective project documentation and stakeholder communications Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience working with engineering & applied science teams in Agile environments - Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence partners to achieve business objectives Preferred Qualifications: - 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Demonstrated success working with
