Full Job Description
The Amazon Lists team within the Core Shopping org builds experiences that help customers seamlessly save inspiration they discover on or off Amazon, evaluate, share, and purchase them. Our vision is to create the most intelligent, easy-to-use, and personalized lists experience in the world that supports both shopping and non-shopping use cases. We own the Amazon Lists CX (e.g., Wishlist) that hundreds of millions of customers world wide use and love. The Lists team consists of multiple 2-pizza teams consisting of Engineers, Product Managers, and User Experience designers. We also partner closely with several teams, including Alexa teams so that customers get a seamless list-building experience whether they are on an Alexa device, Mobile shopping app, or desktop. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program manager (Individual contributor role) to lead the delivery of a new S-Team goal, which aims to build a completely new CX that revolutionizes how customers save their inspiration - whether it is an item they want to purchase later or something else to complete a task. This role will have significant influence on the strategy and execution of this new initiative, and will work with partner teams across Shopping, Alexa, and other orgs to execute. You will work closely with product, engineering, and UX leaders to deliver a PR-worthy launch as part of the S-Team goal, and build a roll-out plan to iterate and get customer feedback quickly to influence the product direction. You will work very closely with other technical leaders to launch AI / Agentic capabilities that make it easier for customers to organize their saved inspiration, and take relevant actions. You will also have the opportunity to influence the broader Lists roadmap, including contributing to 3 Year Planning, OP1, etc., and have very strong technical acumen to unblock engineering teams.
