Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and lead the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and patient outcomes. Own prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact product capabilities. Establish and track clear success metrics tied to business value, operational efficiency, and user experience improvements. Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and interoperable system solutions. Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making across products. Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution. Continuously improve product performance through data insights, experimentation, and optimization initiatives. Requirements 12+ years of experience in technical product management, delivering large-scale, complex digital platforms in regulated or enterprise environments. Strong expertise in APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and modern software architecture. Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in highly regulated environments with compliance and quality considerations. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of AI applications in product development, including automation, analytics, and decision intelligence. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation
