Must Have
Proven track record of delivering complex, technical software products in or adjacent to the AEC industry at a senior or principal level, understanding of AEC workflows, including design, engineering coordination, or construction management processes, Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams, translating complex technical and domain requirements into a clear, prioritised product strategy, Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving ambiguous problem spaces through to well-defined, executable product plans, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions in complex, fast-moving environments, sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with BIM authoring or coordination tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms, Familiarity with construction technology, digital twins, or reality capture workflows, Background in data interoperability, open standards (IFC, CDE, COBie), or cloud-based collaboration platforms, Experience working with or within architecture, engineering, or construction firms, A track record of building consensus across organisations and driving bold product visions from concept to delivery
