Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, 12+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement, Experience managing CAPEX procurement programs and vendor portfolios, Experience leading contract negotiations with OEMs, equipment manufacturers, or construction contractors, Experience developing sourcing strategies, procurement frameworks, or standard operating procedures, Technical background or demonstrated experience in automation or new product introduction
