What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. TechE or higher in Computer Science, 15+ years enterprise software architecture, 8+ years Integration Platforms experience, Deep iPaaS architecture patterns knowledge, 2+ years applied AI engineering, Experience with graph structures, Practical RAG architectures experience, Vector databases experience, Embedding strategies experience, Hybrid retrieval experience, Understanding AI system evaluation, Familiarity with prompt engineering, Experience with LLM observability, Enterprise integration patterns expertise, Deep working knowledge of APIs, Experience with cloud platforms, Familiarity with enterprise applications, Understanding enterprise security requirements
Nice to Have
Neo4j/NetworkX equivalent experience, Background in Customer Success platforms, Prior experience in customer-facing role, Contributions to open-source AI projects, Published technical content in applied AI
