Amazon is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the development of an AI agent for ads new ad products that leverage AI to help customers find and discover new products and engage with brands and sellers on Amazon. In this role, you will manage complex technical programs that span multiple VP-level organizations. You will work across teams to align on project requirements, create work back plans, define API contracts, and manage strategic communications with executive stakeholders. This is a leadership position that requires an ability to earn trust with stakeholders across diverse disciplines including engineering, product, operations, legal, sales, UX, and marketing. You must be a highly-collaborative team player capable of inspiring teams to innovate and deliver results against challenging timelines.
