Support system level radar sustainment
Lead reach back troubleshooting
Troubleshoot networking issues
Troubleshoot hardware issues
Troubleshoot software issues
Maintain CONUS SIL operations
Maintain OCONUS site operations
Interface with US Government customer
Report to US Government customer
Report to Program Leadership
Utilize data analysis results
Support issue identification
Support system level requirements verification
Provide support during TIMs
Provide support during In-Country Meetings
Prepare System Downtime Requests
Coordinate Site Availability
Coordinate Test schedules
Coordinate CONUS integration planning
Coordinate OCONUS integration planning
Collaborate across engineering functions
