Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math or other related engineering disciplines, minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, Experience with design Verification Testing (DVT) and Qualification Testing (QT) for complex systems, Experience leading test efforts from planning through report completion, Experience coordinating activities across multiple test labs or distributed test environments, Experience leading teams

Ability to drive TRRs, manage technical risks, and maintain disciplined configuration control, Prior experience working with networking architectures or networked system environments, Experience collaborating with EMI lab leads, ETF, or similar test facilities, Familiarity with DoD or customer test processes and structured verification environments
