S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, DoD Clearance: Secret, domestic travel up to approximately 20%, Support extended or off‑shift hours as required during integration and test activities, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations

planning and managing milestones

balancing competing priorities

supporting both internal and external customers

radar data analysis and tracking

develop and manage system requirements

integrate hardware and software

create test plans and procedures

evaluate system functions and interfaces

verify requirements in support of system sell-off

contribute to the development of new procedures

develop and execute test plans

and integration/verification documentation in simulated and operational environments

develop and implement day‑to‑day integration and test plans aligned with program schedules

lead the technical execution of complex integration and test events

perform system requirements analysis

develop and manage requirements

and ensure traceability throughout integration and test activities

analyze and resolve hardware

and system issues through detailed data review and debugging

integrate hardware and software components into tactical systems and assess overall system functionality and performance

produce integration documentation

communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders

support extended or off‑shift hours as required during integration and test activities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

work closely with engineering and program management teams; collaborate across teams to address system‑level issues; work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve effective system integration and functional maturity

Communication Scope

clearly communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders; interface regularly with Engineering and Program Leadership to communicate status, risks, and technical findings; Experience presenting technical analyses, findings, and recommendations to leadership and customers

Process & Methodology

planning and managing milestones, balancing competing priorities, aligning integration and test plans with program schedules
