What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), minimum of 8 years of relevant prior experience, Experience in technical leadership of an engineering team, Experience in radar-based surveillance and tracking applications supporting customer programs, Proficiency in the Ada and C programming language, Active and transferable Secret U. S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
An advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related discipline, Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple algorithms including pulse-Doppler radar, surveillance track formation, monopulse tracking, and awareness/mitigation of environmental factors on RF propagation on land and at sea, Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, time, and resources to consistently meet demanding schedules, Experience supporting programs under the Phalanx/SeaRAM product line, Active Special Program Access

lead an engineering team on a local area air defense program

coordinate with adjacent disciplines
and Systems to achieve common program goals and milestones
present technical findings to leadership and customer stakeholders in clear
share knowledge and mentor multiple team members
and assessment of radar algorithms and models
track and fire algorithms
and integration with combat directive systems
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
lead a cross-discipline team of 6-12 engineers; coordinate with adjacent disciplines, such as Software, Integration & Test, and Systems to achieve common program goals and milestones
Communication Scope
present technical findings to leadership and customer stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Process & Methodology
manage multiple, competing priorities, time, and resources to consistently meet demanding schedules
