Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated **Principal Systems Engineer** to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting the LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment. **What You Will Do:** In this Systems Engineer role, you will perform and/or support the following activities: * Core Systems Engineering: Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, system trades, and system interfaces * Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Develop and maintain detailed SysML descriptive system models, linking and synchronization of requirements, and generate design documentation / views * Interface with cross functional teams, such as Electrical and Software engineering, to help guide subsystem development and ensure compliance with requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle * Frequent interface with Customer and other program
