What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Four-year college degree in an Engineering or Scientific Discipline plus eight years related experience, or an applicable Master’s degree with six years related experience, Experience must be directly related to the planning and performance of system level testing, Experience must include performing test activities without requiring direct supervision, Experience with configuration and test of IP based networks, Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, Able to prioritize, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines, Must have presentation and organizational skills, Ability to keep detailed records of work in a database or spreadsheet, Must have an active DOD security clearance
Nice to Have
DOD and communications-related systems test experience, AS9100, SEI CMMI, and/or Lean/Agile development knowledge and experience, Experience with RF testing

Generate test procedures

Verify contractual requirements
Ensure devices meet quality standards
Generate test metrics
Perform integration testing
Interface with engineering personnel
Interface with manufacturing personnel

Plan Test Readiness Reviews
Conduct Test Readiness Reviews
Conduct tests at off-site labs
Conduct System Acceptance Tests
Provide Bases of Estimates
Provide text for test activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with functional engineering disciplines; Collaborate with systems engineering; Interface with other engineering and manufacturing personnel; Interface with customers; Communicate test observations to design engineering staff
Communication Scope
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form; Present test plans; Present test status; Communicate test observations
