Troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity
Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, Weekend support, Participation in an on-call rotation, Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours, Travel required as business needs dictate to other US Domestic locations, up to 10%
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship, Linux and/or Windows experience, Active Directory, VMware, MySQL, networking administration experience
Nice to Have
Experience Deploying Windows workstations and migrating end-user data, Experience with cloning techniques, Use and guide use of automation tools e. g. Ansible, Experience with operating system concepts and implementations, Microsoft Windows Active Directory Services administration and support (e.g. user and computer objects administration, Group Policy), Experience with network services related to Microsoft Windows environment (e.g. DC, DNS, DHCP, etc.), Experience with supporting desktop / workstation hardware, Experience with an IT incident/service request system
What You'll Do.
Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environment
Support for factory operations systems requiring high availability and coordination with manufacturing teams
Install and configure software applications requested by end users
Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures
