What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience, Experience in administration of Atlassian Jira Data Center or Jira Cloud products, Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, transformation, and visualization, including the ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases, Experience with scripting languages (e. g. Python, Groovy) for automation and customization of Atlassian tools including integration with build and deployment infrastructure

Nice to Have

Experience working in a FedRAMP authorized environment, Experience with structuring, documenting, and implementing change management best practices (playbooks, design docs, trainings, etc. ) for new products and features, Program/Project Management experience with enterprise-wide IT system, Atlassian certifications, such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator

What You'll Do.

Administer and maintain the Atlassian suite of tools

including JIRA and Confluence Data Center and associated plugins/add-ons

Serve as Tier 1 and 2 support (access

Manage complex workflows for syncing between Jira instances

Trigger automatic workflows for our DevSecOps tooling infrastructure (BitBucket

Monitor the performance

and security of Atlassian applications

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise

Be responsible for migration of the JIRA offering from the data center to the cloud

Collaborate with stakeholders to configure tools according to requirements

Develop best practices
